Regestry Cleaner removing errors

I am using the latest version 1.9.1.606 of Power Tools with Windows XP Home SP3 and all updates. In the normal mode the cleaner does not removed all the the errors that it finds. I have ran the power tools cleaner with everything turned off with msconfig and the same results. Is there still a way to create a log file when running the program to help find any errors ? Any help would be appreciated.
