Reg defrag query

I am using V1.9.1.606 on Vista Home Premium 32Bit

I decided to do a defrag for the first time and am puzzled by some of the entries PT shows.

Some are obvious, I am not sure about others like the boot bcd

Could somebody clue me in and comment please.

Why is the defrag module listing non-registry items

BCD = Boot Configuration Data, a computing term for the boot loader of Windows Vista. It does not always show in the list of registry hives. When windows has no further current need for it, it dynamically drops from the "hivelist." The "hivelist," which is recorded in the registry, is what the Registry Compactor tool displays in its list.

All the files in your post are parts of the registry hives that apply to your logged in userID.
