My question is, can I get rid of these errors safely? How? Or is it not worth doing? ...
I manually added the first red key with RegEdit, which automatically created the second red key.
When run, the PT2009 1.9.0.606 Registry Cleaner showed them as "Useless file extension" errors, just like it did on your system. "FIX" removed and backed up those keys correctly. This was on an x86 Vista system.
Since they won't remove on your system, it is likely the keys have bad permissions. You could use RegEdit to try and find out what the permissions problem might be and try to fix it. If you don't want to do that, I suggest you put {...} in the "Ignore words" tab to hide the unremovable keys.
You could try to delete the HKCR\{...}\ key manually with RegEdit. However, if you get "Access denied," that also indicates a permissions issue.
Note: If your "..." is an ellipsis for a GUID string, the above explanation still holds.
