I paid for the 2009 upgrade on May 23, 2009 by paypal. No upgrade key recvd. I sent PM to jv16 several days ago. Still no joy. Anyone have a suggestion? Another week of this and I guess it is time to uninstall. Should I really trust a program to mess with my registry that is put together by a company that can't take care of long time customers renewals..... :
