Is there anyway to add to a bug in the bug tracker?

The third sentence ("Report a new bug here.") links to the "Report a bug " page.

I think that is one of the reasons the developer set up the new "Bug tracking" forum ( http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=25&p=20687#p20687 ).
