license download still broken?

hi, had a problem getting delivery of my platinum license, it was kindly sorted out here. i have re installed windows due to hard drive failure. i still get the 'a license reminder is already pending' from the site.

how do i activate my newly downloaded jv? i cant even get the standard license because of this error message.

I do not quite understand what seems to be the problem. What do you mean by "a license reminder is already pending"?

To re-download your license, simply use the same license download URL I sent you via a Private Message.

hi the link takes me to a page that says something like 'you already have a license pending please contact support if you don't recieve within 5 minutes' i had the same before

this is the message:

Our records show you still have a pending license resent request, there is no need to resend your license again. Please contact us if you don't receive your license within 5 minutes.

and it's been there since i ordered.

this could go on all night! look, it wasnt me who installed jv on this pc, i (foolishly) responded to a vip service package for a program i didn't realise wasnt digitally signed, installed a buy now icon on my desktop. The website is badly broken

the only support i get from the company is try again after 'sometime' and i have to get my license from the forum?

i have fedback to paypal, they can keep the license, i have had good help on here but the company is less than amateur.

I do not understand what the problem is. But, if you want your order to be cancelled and refunded, just say the word and I can do it. Or if you want your license to be resent to you.

sorry for the rant all. bad weekend all round, installing vista from a first release dvd was a nightmare (had forgotten how bad it was back then thanks for the help again anyways
