It's fixed by the programmer, but the new version containing the fix isn't released yet. That's the way we have to understand it :
In betatesting and error fixing after the final version it goes always like this:
1) some user reports an issue or bug
2) the programmer fixes the issue or bug
3) the programmer informs of the fix
4) the fix is included in the next version of the program
5) the new program version containing the bugs fixes is released.
