Not happy with Platinum implementation

Also my email goes unanswered. I like JV16 and bought the 2009 version. Platinum seemed a good idea so I paid up. Firstly, the email I received promised backup of my details and licence FREE, when I come to order, another $5 is required to have that facility, I declined. I received my 'license.xbin' and tried to enter it into the programme, cannot do it. The emails from the company are treating this operation as if it was a first time purchase and not an old customer. Do I delete my 2009 version and re-install with the new 'license.xbin'. Very confusing and made harder with no replies from support.

me 2 iám very unhappy....no answers from support i´ll wait now 3 days...VIP support? LOL....but the best is, my new Licensed File diddn´t work!

I deinstalled the previous Installation complete (delete the mainfolder after deinstallation) and copy the new File in the mainfolder and i still have trial version with the new file. The old file of the 2009 version is still working. Please try it.

But with this great VIP support i wont think about the situation when i need a 2010 license File....they will send it to me 2012? :

Yes, I'm getting tired of this too. I have Regsupreme Pro and when i tried to update, it says I can update to PT 2009 for free, my current license.xbin will will. NOT! It doesn't work and when I go to the website to upgrade, they want $6.95. OK, but it won't let my upload my license.xbin file to prove I have it and it was so long ago I can't remember what e mail I used to get it in the first place. I've given them my user name, but now no respnse in almost two days.
