I have tried contacting tech support twice now, today and some months ago, regarding two different issues. In both occasions I was/am unable to attach any files there. How I am supposed to report issues if I am even unable to attach files in support system? (Last ticket was closed, I hope they don't kill my new ticket). I have tried with two different browsers by the way.
I was gonna ask about this via Live Chat, however it appears my license which was acquired during older licensing scheme no longer gives me access to that service ...
Issue I now tried to report (which only partially succeeded as I am unable to attach files) involves Vista/Jv16 and internal safetynet errors and some HP registry keys apparently. Anyone have any ideas, as to how I could actually approach someone and send the files (debug mode files, screenshot, registry entries) ?
Clearly I can't use support system as it refuses files from me.
