Problem with JV16 PT and Vista x64

Running JV16 PT in aggresive mode I get 282 errors relating to Invalid ActiveX/DDE/COM/DCOM/OLE items showing up.

Some of these are invalid, however a fair number are valid. Also a lot of these entries are protected and can't be deleted but some entries that can be deleted are not invalid ones.

I've not pinned it down yet but deleting one such entry causes Raxco PerfectDisk to stop working. Restoring the backup allows PerfectDisk to work correctly again.

I get these keys on my x64 system as well...and I also use PerfectDisk. The majority of the keys in your list pertain to Perfect Disk and Visual Studio (the IVSS keys). I recommend that you add the keys to your ignore list except for the ones below:

Thanks for the reply siliconman01.

I'll add them to the ignore list. However that is really just a workaround. The fact of the matter is that JV16 PT should really not be showing those entries as errors.
