File Record Deletion

I like JV Powertools 2009 new file recovery tool. However I was wondering if an option to permanently wipe all deleted file records could be included at some point? Currently I'm using a freeware application called Restoration to erase vacant clusters and deleted file information (as well as JV 16's disc wiper). This does a great job, however I guess I wouldn't mind having it integrated into one application.
