V1.9.0.549/550 Registry Compactor Error on XP-SP3 32-bit

As reported during the Test Version by another user, the 32-bit Registry Compactor fails to open/compact the Security hive on a registry compact. It cannot access the Security hive for some reason.

This problem remains unfixed in Build 550

I CANNOT confirm this for build 550, the security hive is opened and compacted without problems in my Win-XP prof SP3

Siliconman01, you are not alone ... Running XP-Home SP3 I have to confirm this behaviour.

With Build 550 I reran the compaction test for the Security Hive on an older P4 Desktop with Win-XP-Prof. SP3.

Here I consisently get an opening error on the Security Hive.

However on my Core 2 Duo laptop, also Win-XP-Prof. SP3, I can open and compact the Security Hive.
