File Tool > Mass File Renamer > Convert Case
When clicking on "Convert Case" the options for "Copy data from original names" are shown and the header/caption for those options is hihlighted.
It's not possible to get the options for "Convert Case".
That's a BUG which has to be fixed.
It's a similar event as described in this post under "2) File Finder issues".
