Registry Cleaner updates

When I go to "File>Check for Registry Cleaner updates..." I get the "Done!" message almost instantaneously, although there does not seem to have been any Internet activity.

This "Done!" message even appears when I am NOT connected to the Internet, which makes me wonder if it is working correctly?

Well, i think it has only a simple implementation and no error messages what so ever.

This mabye could be more compleet by telling if it has updated anything or if there whas nothing to update :).

I think you are correct in saying that this feature is very basic: I do not get any error messages or prompts to dial up even when working offline, just a message saying "Done!" which would seem to be incorrect.

I have tried enabling/disabling this option in the "Network Features" part of the program settings, which doesn't seem to make much difference, except that it does ask for permission if disabled...

It's rather frustrating that message "done" :(

I hope jv16 will improve that in a future update.

It would be nice if the user knows something more than "done".

He has to know what happened: has something changed or not, was there a Registry Cleaner update or not?

This feature will be improved in the future, the next time the language interface is changed.
