Upgrade to jv16 PT 2009 Charging Me Double

I have purchased jv16 Powertools 2006, 2007, and 2008. I followed the link in the email I just received, then clicked on the "Upgrade Now" link on the Download page and tried to upgrade. However instead of the $6.95 upgrade price it is showing $13.90, which is twice what it should be. BTW, I am not purchasing the License Protection; this is just for the upgrade itself.

Anyone else having problems with this?

Your lucky. I am trying to upgrade on the online store and it is charging me the full price. I have not received my email yet.

To get the $6.95 upgrade price you must click on the down arrow next to Product Selection. The various upgrade options will drop down. Hope this helps.

When you click Upgrade and it asks for your name, etc. Make sure that you click o0n thearrow next to the box that says "jv Powertools 2009" and drop down and select "jv16 Powertools 2009 (Upgrade from .....)" and select your latest version there. That SHOULD show you a price of $6.95. Mine, however shows a price two times that.

Well I feel pretty dumb. Once I clicked on the down error as pointed out above all worked fine, even got the right price. I thought I had done that but I guess not.
