Not realy.
Lets say you want to remove a program that is called 'BlackDex' (yea i know very original).
Mostly those entries should be in HKEY_CURRENT_USER or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in the software folder under there company or program name.
What the normal remove does, is remove this folder.
Now, what the Custom Removes does is a bit more.
I Will scan more parts of the registry, including the executable's name (if it has one, and the right one), and report those also, thus it will give you a more compleet list of what (could) be entrys to that software.
And tus can remove more entries that that software created within you registry.
So mostly The Custom Remove is automatic and more simpler then the Registry Finder by doing it manualy.
I Myself use both the Custom Remove, and then i use the Registry Finder to find more leftovers :).
But this i only recomend to some more advanced users, and not to some novice, becouse some entries can do harm if you remove them :).
