Large Back up folder

Is there a way to clean up the backup folder (created by Registry Cleaner)? I have been using jv16 for years and the backup folder is large 353 MB. I was wondering if I could do a sort by date, then save the latest 10 back ups to another folder and delete the current folder. Replacing it with the new Backup folder. Without screwing up my system or jv16s. Thank You for any assistance.

Have you tried "File > Settings > Maintenance > Delete old backups", which deletes all backups older than 5 months?

You could also go to the backups folder in windows explorer (e.g. c:\program files\jv16 PowerTools 2008\backups).

There you find several subfolders which you can sort by date clicking on the appropriate column header in explorer.

Simply delete the oldest subfolders and preserve e.g. the 10 most recent dates.

However, if it is present, do not delete the _StartupManager subfolder regardless of its age. It is used internally for Startup Manager actions.
