It's up to you, but I think you don't have to wait.

That version itself fixed several issues.

Of course there are remaining issues, but I think you could safely download and install this version.

There are no "dangerous" bugs in this version, i.e. bugs causing harm to your PC.

If you experience problems however, then don't blame me :

It is as redseujac says. And, in my opinion, 468 is the safest PowerTools ever released.
