Tool indicated 2 Broken Shortcuts:

Remove the DivX Codec - C:\Program Files\DivX\DivXCodecUninstall.exe
Remove the DivX Content Uploader - C:\Program Files\DivX\DivXContentUploaderUninstall.exe
Neither of the referenced files exists on the hard drive.
When attempting a "Fix" of the first one, I get a never ending sequence of Error messages:
: Failed to fix "Remove the DivXCodec", there is no way to fix this file reference.
The error message just repeats - forever I guess - since there's no way to stop it and regain control except with Task Manager, or what I used: Task Killer.
Fixed in v1.8.0.468
