jv16 Common Error - smf2-uem2 - Solved

This post is just to resolve this simple issue for future forum visitors.

If you get an error message like this...

"Internal Error smf2-uem2, file doesn't exist: "C:\Program Files\jv16 PowerTools 2008\Backups\_StartupManager\0007A7\Index.dat""

Turn off your antivirus program, or allow jv16 as an exception.
