Start Menu & Desktop tool, misidentifies network drive shortcuts

The tool treats network drive shortcuts as broken shortcuts. It happens when the drive is not mounted.

If the tool cannot correctly identify such shortcuts, there needs to be some way for the user to tell the tool to ignore them.

Here are some screenshots.

Apparently there is no problem if the Target type is Network Drive. See the third screenshot.

However, if there is no Target type and the object is a disconnected folder on a turned off computer, the problem occurs. Also the suggested fix is incorrect.

This problem is now fixed, thank you for reporting! Starting from the next version, the Start Menu & Desktop tool doesn't list non-working network drive shortcuts.
