jv16 Good point! This problem is now fixed, clicking "Change Settings" and then "Cancel" will clear the settings. The fixed version will be released in next week, thank you for reporting.
tullik In v.1.8.0.460, the System Cleaner's File Cleaner settings can indeed be removed by cancelling the File Cleaner tool window.
