What is PTResident.exe?

It starts automatically and continues to run in the background if user has created any automation tasks which are executed when the browser closes. If no such tasks exists, the PTResident does nothing.

The executable is run every time PT is started, but if no automation tasks are found the executable closes itself automatically. And even if it stays running, it has a very small memory and cpu usage.
