jv16 Power Tools 2007 ver 422 Handbook

Can't get the handbook to open when I click on Help > Handbook. Nothing happens. Any solution to this? The handbook is in the Help folder, it just won't open.

The handbook is in pdf-format...

Do you have Adobe Acrobat reader installed?

Sometimes I have the same problem, in which case I just have to open the handbook manually.
