Under normal conditions - technical problems allways can happen every where - the Macecraft support is still as efficient as it allways was.
As you got the confirmation mail of your order from Macecraft, it seems that you have been victim of the problem related on Macecraft homepage:
We deliver the purchased licenses as an e-mail attachments.
For some reason, the clients of the American Online (AOL) and Comcast.net are experiencing major problems in receiving the license or any e-mails from us. This is most likely the result of very badly configured server-side anti-spam filter. We have tried to contact AOL and Comcast numerous times about this issue but so far with no reply.
This is why we are from now on requiring the clients of AOL and Comcast also to provide an alternative e-mail address. If
you don't have one, you can easily get on from e.g. Yahoo.com.
This is only a user forum , so we can't help you for such a problem. You have to contact the support of Macecraft from their homepage => see "Contact us".

Their you can use or the "Live Chat" if the status is online or you use "Send a message" where you have to create a ticket by giving the details - the E-mail you used to, the order N° and the mode of payement.
P.s.: Did you checked the "SPAM-folder of your E-mail account?
