File cleaner cleans to good

When I used the file cleaner, it also delete the following:

boot.ini

bootfont.bin

CLDMA.LOG

hiberfil.sys

NTDETECT.COM

ntldr.

I think, that is not the meaning of a filecleaner. I used it, my fault was that i did not checked the files. So my pc did not start and i had to copy the last 2 files from my XP cd to start the pc.

How come that the filecleaner automaticaly find those important files?

Thanks. I find jv PowerTools still is a very good and solid program.
