duplicate file finder on secondary hard drive

hello,

i have 107g of jpg files : on a 372g secondary storeage only hard drive.

when i run the duplicate file finder on this drive (and wait overnight) the progam advises me that duplicates have been found. however, when i attempt to display (and the delete the duplicates) the program crashes. :

i think it may be a lack of RAM available. :

system specs: Intel 3.07 P4 (Northwood), Asus P4PE BP, 1g Crucial memory.

i can upgrade to 2g (which is the last upgrade this board will ever see.)

will this solve the problem?
