How Do I Purchase an Upgrade

How do I purchase an upgrade? The upgrade order requires the original order number which I have and the email address of which I have no idea. There is no place for current email address.

I tried entering original order number and current email address and credit card information but then the next page shown is "This page cannot be displayed". I don't know whether or not my order was processed, I assume not since I did not get an email but if it was sent to an old address I wouldn't know. I tried this twice and the same thing happened both times.

My problem is this: https://dmp2.luottokunta.fi/dmp/html_payments takes for-freakin-ever to load! Like the past 15 minutes, and I have a cable modem. So if I can't enter my info because the page is lost in cyberspace, <insert thread title here>?

Would be nice if there was a way to purchase by telephone or from a different online store.

Just tried a third time with the same results. Seems to be no interest in correcting this problem and since I don't like the idea of using unsupported software which JV16 2007 now is, I guess it's time to start looking for an alternative reg cleaner. Too bad since JV16 seemed to be a very good product

I also have been trying to purchase an upgrade to 2008 as per the instructions, but each time I've tried over several days I am taken to the "new user" purchase section and again told I need to be in the "upgrade" section which won't load. I even tried copying the link provided by the "check for updates" function in 2007 but it keeps taking me to the new user page. If there is yet another way to do this I would appreciate a posted guide. I'm inexperienced with having trouble GIVING folks my money! Thanks, and I hope it is fixed soon.

I don't know of which "new user purchase section" you are talking, but if you click on the Macecraft homepage on "Buy now" you come to the "Macecraft Software Online Shop" (http://www.macecraft.com/eshop/) where you will find in the "Product selection" window - by clicking on the small arrow at the right side - all the possibilities to buy a Macecraft product, also the upgrade for users of PT 2005, 2006 and 2007.
