Being Charged DOUBLE...?!!

It seems that due to the problems with the payment system, that I've been charged twice for JV16 Powertools 2008.

Ok - Details....

Tried to obtain an upgrade for my 2007 version, but it seems that at the time you have had some problems with this & the payment system. Tried again to get the full version via the normal ordering route, had some errors - I didn't even know if the order went through (no window for the mastercard secure website or an e-mail message).

Tried again a few days ago & the error where it seemed that the order number was incorrect came up.

Instead I ordered again via the normal ordering route, this time everything went through & I got an e-mail within 10 mins.

So how do I obtain a refund for the first attempt, seeing that I've got no order number - just the reference number via my credit provider..?

Tried to do that & it keeps on asking for a Validation Code..?!

I Know I'm not thick, but what is it...?

The Validation code is the small image box at the bottom, it's used to make sure only people fill out the form, not spam bots.

And there's no need to worry, we can always refund a duplicate payment, even after the 30 day refund barrier.

The validation code in the ticket creation has nothing to do with credit cards, it's just a simple CAPTCHA. If you can't see it, please update your browser to a newer one and/or disable any ad blocking features you might have.

This is the very first time I have heard anyone having this kind of problem of not seeing the validation code image.
