Vista has a problem with jv16 PowerTools 2008

I bought this software yesterday and after installing it on Vista Ultimate immediately got the following error:-

I can't see any attachment...

I use Vista Ultimate and had no problems installing the PowerTools 2008...

I added attachments but, upon checking, find that I cannot see them either. So, I have extracted the text of the error report and amended my report. I hope this helps.

In regard to your Vista not objecting, what version do you have? You will see from the report that I have Vista Ultimate with SP1.

Vista Ultimate with SP1?

As far as I know a final version of SP1 has not been released up to now...

Maybe that's the reason of your errors -> betaversion of SP1?

As far as I know a final version of SP1 has not been released up to now...

Maybe that's the reason of your errors -> betaversion of SP1?

My SP1 is not beta. The final SP1 was released to MSDN subscribers last week and that is my source.

This seems to suggest that the problem is matched to recognition.dll but I cannot understand why.
