I guess Macecraft has not enough employees at the support staff.
It looks like Veera is alone there and has to do everything.
I could be wrong, but it's always Veera that answers tickets and is present at Live Support.
Because there were very much support questions the last days after the release of PT 2008, I guess Support was not able to treat them in an appropriate way.
I really don't know...it's only my hypothesis :
