Question re: purchasing Power Tools

I have the trial version that I downloaded primarily to try out the Registry Cleaner function which I have,so far, to be an excellent tool. Am I correct in believing that ALL the programs I am able to access for trial are sold seperately? Am I entitled to unlimited free upgrades or is there a yearly fee involved?

It's not very clear for me how do you mean this - could you explain a bit more.

As an example, what I mean by ALL programs: Are are Registry Cleaner and Startup Manager part of the one program included in the license agreement?
