how to disable automatic pc and registry health check

hi guys

how do i disable automatic pc and registry health check on program startup. also, for some bizzare reason when i change settings for the program to show all tools at once, press ok and restart jv16, it still starts with default settings and the health check starts automatically again. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
