If you ask me, you should use the cleaner you like.
All of our cleaners use basically the same registry cleaner engine. There's always some differences in the results because the products always have a slightly different version of the registry cleaner engine.
Also, different products contain a different set of options. For example PT 2005 allows you to ignore items that would be re-created automatically anyways.
One more thing that causes differences between the results of the three different products is the PT 2005's internet update feature. It downloads an automatically generated ignore list from our server and uses it to ignore registry keys that could cause problems.
Since the PT 2005 contains much richer set of options, for example the ability to write your own ignore lists and download automatically generated ones, I would say it is safer.
But I would like to highlight that the differences in safety between our products are very small.
