2007 Update: Where is the Cookie and Spyware Removal Program

I downloaded the 2007 update of JV 16 Power tools and was very surprised to find the spyware and cookie removal program not there. Was there an error in my download? I use that particular program more than any other in the group of tools.

Any help would be appreciated.

I guess you are referring the History Manager and Cookie Manager features of jv16 PowerTools 2006, there has never been any spyware removal related features in the PowerTools.
