Hello,

As one of those forum members who had a problem with the previous version of RSP, I would like to add my comments about the new version.

Firstly, I take the opportunity to thank, once again, the team at Macecraft Software for not only an excellent product but also for reacting as quickly as they did to enhance it. This is a level of service unfortunately not very common these days.

I downloaded the new version of RSP (1.7.0.416) and installed it over the last (ver. 414). When I tried to run it aggressively in structured mode, it highlighted the various errors/unneeded data, etc but, once again, did not delete these errors. I then un-installed the software altogether and re-installed it. I changed the mode to raw and ran it again. This time it cleaned up not only the errors but also the unneeded data (431 entries by now) I had remarked upon in previous posts. I will, at a later date, examine the issue of running it in the structured mode.

Thank you to all concerned for taking notice of user views and feedback. It is very satisfying to think that users such as I are permitted such input. I am a very satisfied JV16 RegSupreme Pro client.

When i push on update it says i allready have latest version "1.7.0.414"

so i downloaded the update from your site "1.7.0.416" and then installed it over the version i had. but when i push on update it still says latest version is "1.7.0.414"

I Fixed the problem, i deleted "C:\Program Files\RegSupreme Pro\Cache" and now it works fine :)

Hello,

Further to my post above, I can now confirm that RSP works as well in the Structured Mode as it does in Raw. From this I can only assume that I required to perform a clean install in the first instance.

My thanks all around, once again, for an excellent product.
