rhonda I just bought a NEW Personal liscence and this is the error code it gives me. Also the program is unusable. Powertools is what I have. I have Vista 32 bit. I have used this program since 2005 and use it often. Thanks in advance ! :
rhonda un-installed and deleted leftover files & folder and downloaded new Powertools, and zip zam zoom !! it worked ! : :) : :)
jv16 Glad to hear it now works. The Pirated Software error shows up if you have too many files not relating to the program stored in the installation directory. Therefore uninstall and reinstall usually works.
