I have the same question as frankyke.....Can I delete arpcache? It keeps coming up, is it a safe thing to do? Thanks

Yes these are safe to remove and relate to Add Remove Programs. If you uninstall a program through add/remove it leaves redundant registry entries.

However these should only appear if you have recently uninstalled some software from your PC.

Thanks a lot for that reply, I am new to this and sure do appreciate the reply. I have been trying out different "WordProcessors", and you are right..installing and uninstalling... that is a BIG help Thanks a lot... I will get rid of the arpcache "stuff"

On my system the list is all of my installed software.

This surely can´t be ok to delete ?
