How do I repair by error severity as I cannot figure out how to find that function. thank you

You have to run with "Results format" set to "Raw list."

When the scan finishes, use Select-->By frequent column data-->Error severity-->High/Medium/Low/Lowest.

I did as you suggested and I tried the Low first and I was not able to fix all the low in one pass. There were 3 items left over ??
