obsolete add/remove keys reappear on restart

Several keys of the form

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Management\ARPCache\{032B93E8-D9A1-48D2-AA51-D057ABBA9E52}\{KEY} : {KEY}

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Management\ARPCache\{032B93E8-D9A1-48D2-AA51-D057ABBA9E52}\Changed : 0x00000000 (0)

All told there are 10 sets of such keys (different {} strings)

are detected as obsolete add/remove entry.

If I let jv16 power tools remove them, they reappear on restart of the PC (not immediately; also I have don't show items that would be automatically recreated checked).

Why? Do I need them, if not how can I stop them from reappearing on restart?

Most of the time those entries are from software you use often, or software which starts-up automaticly.

You can't do anything about it reapearing everytime.

This becouse that software will re-create those entries when they are removed.

In that case there seems little point in flagging them.

I'll add them to the never show again list.
