Actually, the Search is in there but "Show main window" text is put ower it. You can verify this by hitting Ctrl + F, the Search should show up.
This is yet another minor menu relating bugs. Or technically speaking, it's the same bug, everytime I thought I fixed it the fix causes a new similar problem : But I'm positive I now got it right, will be fixed in the next version, thanks for reporting.
