Small Problem.

I have just downloaded the latest version of jv16 powertool 2007 on a trial basis but cannot view the help document. :(

Can anyone assist please?

(I have now found the on-line help manual that will get me going : but I still cannot understand why I cannot view the handbook.)

The one on the left side of the download page has the handbook. The one on the right does not.

Perhaps you downloaded the one on the right. Or perhaps you don't have the Adobe Reader. Or perhaps ... who knows ...

What are the "cannot view" symptoms?

In my install, PowerTools-->Help-->Handbook opens in Adobe Reader 8.1.0.

Your associations for the .pdf file extension must be wrong.

Try "Open with" and browse to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe, then click open. The dialog in my Vista has the "Always use ..." option checked. You can check it or not, your choice ...
