File cache update prompt on each startup

If your copy of jv16 PowerTools 2005 asks permission for updating the file cache do the following.

Start jv16 PowerTools, click no on the prompt.

Go to File > Settings.

Click the Maintenance tab and click "Flush cache".

This should fix the problem for a while.

The problem will be fixed in the next updated version (http://www.macecraft.com/news/85/)

I also updated the file cache creation in a way that it will ask you for a permission to update at most only once per day.

Jouni, the other day I was viewing the file cache with my text editor and I noticed that some files were in two dirs at the same time. This seemed strange, and I came up with some idea about this. I had the files in one dir, and some days after I moved them to other dir, then some days later on, PowerTools updated its file cache and added the new location to the files, while keeping the older one. Is this normal?

If i remember correctly, this is used for the Registry FIX option.

But i don't know for sure, and ill go and check out if this happens on my computer also.
