RegSupreme with Vista - 232 problems cannot get fixed

I use my just acquired RegSupreme under Vista Home Premium.

First time 408 problem were found. After asking them to be fixed, I do a new scan. 232 problems are found. RegSUpreme apparently fixes them, but they are still present whenI do a new scan.

Any comments ?
