s_harry701 I set the registry cleaner and it found over 140 erroneous entries. I selected them all and clicked 'remove.' Nothing happens, no matter whether I choose 'make backup' or not. Suggestions would be appreciated. Stephen.
jv16 What operating system do you have? If you have XP, NT or 2000, do you run the product with administrator's rights? What version of the product you are using?
hiro-h Sometimes 'remove' function causes nothing. Not ALWAYS. Both of Registry Finder and Registry Cleaner behave same. My OS is XP Pro SP2 and I ran by Admin right.
medmundi Exact same problem as previous costumer. Fix or delete causes nothing at times. also XP professional and adminstrative rights
