Sort of figured it out but is not as friendly or as efficient as jv16 1.4 specially in the case of finding uneeded *.dll files.
1- Choose File cleaner
2- Temp files tab: Check uneeded files, *.dll, choose drive C:\ and irrespective if you check or uncheck period
3- Uncheck every thing in the other tabs
Result 10000 x dll listed from all directories and if you check skip sysytem directories in options I get 3000 x dll from all temp and active directories.
In jv16 1.4 it was safe to remove uneeded dll files but not in this version.
Hope there will be some improvements in the future :)
