Cache

It seems PowerTools keep hanging on rebuilding the cash.

I tried it on my notebook. No problem. I reinstalled it on my PC. Still the same problem. I flushed the cache. Nothing helps.

Power Tools seems to work, only the sand-glass remains in the Window and I have to quit the program with Windows Task Manager.

Any ideas?

I think I was impatient. After about 15 minutes on my P4 2.8 GHz with 80 GB 7200 rpm (used 15 GB) I got the message that the cache update was completed. On my notebook it took less than a minute...

Sometimes it can take a bit longer when other programs are running which take much CPU usage. Also.. if you have a lots of small files instead of less big files it can make a diffrence also.
