Currently this is not an option/feature in PowerTools 2005.
However you can try to edit it manualy by opening the file with notepad.
But don't expect support on editing those files manualy.
You can find the files in the following folder.
In the 'Tasks' folder should be another folder with an random name created by PowerTools. In those folders are the scripts you created with the 'Automation Tool'. Those scripts have the .jvb extension, and could be opend with any plain-text editor, like notepad or something.
