French Language in JV16 2007 ?

Hello.

I have just updated jv16 2006 to jv16 2007. The last version seems deprived of the French translation?

Only are presents: Arabic, CHS, Dutch, English, German, (and languages from the ancient version in the program's folder)

It seems that, for the moment, there is no motivated user working on a french one.

So I started to do it and I hope to get it ready in about two weeks.
