How to upgrade from PT 1.4.1 to 2005?

Is there a particular process that is recommended? Should I first uninstall 1.4.1. and then install 2005?

Are there any backup files from 1.4.1 that should be saved and then somehow placed within 2005?

Or, does the installation of 2005 automatically upgrade 1.4.1?

I just am hoping to do this the most effective manner possible.

Simply put: uninstall the jv16 PowerTools 1.4.1 before installing the new jv16 PowerTools 2005.
